Program Description

Snot Goblin Gaming, LLC may send promotional and transactional text messages related to FutureProof Terrain products, including order updates, shipping notifications, special offers, Kickstarter campaign updates, and other marketing communications.

Opting In / Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile number through our website checkout, promotional landing pages, email campaigns, or by texting a keyword to our short code when advertised. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive autodialed marketing and transactional text messages from Snot Goblin Gaming, LLC at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

You will receive exactly 4 SMS messages per campaign:

• One message approximately 1 week prior to campaign launch
• One message approximately 24 hours prior to campaign launch
• One message on campaign launch day
• One message on the final day of the campaign

Transactional messages (such as order and shipping confirmations) are sent on an as-needed basis and are not counted toward this frequency.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Snot Goblin Gaming, LLC does not charge you for receiving text messages, but your carrier's standard rates still apply.

Opting Out (STOP)

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at the email or address below to be removed.

Privacy

We collect and use your mobile number in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are used solely to deliver the messages described above and related transactional communications.

Supported Carriers & Delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most regional U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and your device settings.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder, or have permission from the account holder, to participate. By opting in, you represent that the mobile number provided is accurate and belongs to you.

Changes to Frequency & Program

Message frequency, content, and program details may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Program at our sole discretion. Material changes to these SMS Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
